More feedback from the live session.
• This session made dreamforce? worthwhile for me, as I have been trying to determine how to best implement youtube, twitter and other aspects into our marketing. Having the success and challenges from Dell was definitely helpful too.
• How Dell was able to use the social marketing to address very specific issues that the company was concerned about. The information given about what to do and what not to do was very helpful.

In the live session we have 262 people in the audience giving it a 4.23 rating out of 5. Here is some of the feedback.
• Both Jamie and Vida gave a good perspective on Social Media strategy. Most social media session I’ve attended are so consumer focused it doesn’t relate. They did a great job of being realistic with valuable ways to approach.
• Very useful session. good mix of high level and practical application
• GREAT ideas and? key leanings to share and take back.
